Local pickup is available within a 30‑mile radius of Ellerslie, GA. Pickup is offered on Thursdays and Fridays from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Orders selected outside of this area will be cancelled.

You will receive the exact pickup address and instructions after placing your order.  

If you cannot make the scheduled pickup days and times, please let us know. We will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee alternative arrangements.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

 

Orders are processed and shipped five days a week. Weekend orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way. This shipping confirmation will include a tracking number for your package.

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. eastern standard time on Friday will ship the following business day (typically Monday). Shipping may be delayed during holidays or high-volume promotions.

 

Standard delivery usually arrives within 3-6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days processing time. 

 

Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes usually arrives 3-12 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

 

Priority shipping orders placed Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, before

12:00 p.m. eastern standard time will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours processing time.
  • Most Priority packages will be sent UPS except PO Boxes.

Expedited shipping orders placed Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, before 12:00 p.m. eastern standard time will usually arrive within 1 business day from the shipped date.  Next Day Air orders are not delivered on Saturday and Sunday. Please allow 24 business hours for processing. 

 

If there is any shipping issue with your package,
you must contact Customer Support within 30 days of your order.


TRACK YOUR PACKAGE:


Once your order has been successfully packaged and labeled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The email provided includes all the information needed to track your package. You will be able to locate your package after it has left our facility. If you are having difficulties tracking your package, feel free to contact us. Remember to provide your order number in the email for faster tracking.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

 

Please contact your local post office if your package is lost or stolen. We will help coordinate with the carrier if they are unable to find the package. Please contact us after you check your local post office.

We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after receiving a copy of their filed police report.

We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

 

Head over to your customer profile for the Returns Portal.  After starting your return, select  "item is damaged" under reason for return, and proceed through the return process.
Please take a picture of the damaged item and indicate how the product is damaged.
