Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Items must be returned within 30 days from the ship date.

Sale items, gift cards, free or promotional (gift with purchase) items, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return.Â

Trendy Merch will not accept any returns after 30 days. Once your item has been received and reviewed, you will receive store credit via email.Â

Store credit never expires.Â
Â
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear), with all Trendy Merch and product tags attached. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered or that fall underneath the aforementioned items that are ineligible for returns.Â
PLEASE NOTE: Your store credit will include the cost for the item(s) only. Not original shipping fees.Â

We currently do not offer free returns, so return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, you will not be charged any shipping or restocking fees.

A restocking fee of 50% will be assessed on orders that are:
- Refused by the customer at the time of delivery or
- Returned due to an undeliverable address

TO START A RETURN REQUEST
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or click the request return button on the home page. This will take you to your account.Â
Log in to your account:

- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click the Request return button under general info:Â
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".

DEFECTIVE/ DAMAGED ITEMS

 If your order isn’t just what you expected when it arrives, we’re here to help quickly! Simply contact our Customer Care team within 3 days of receiving it and include a quick photo of the issue. We’re on your side! And don’t worry, if we sent you the wrong item, there’s no restocking fee. If you believe you have received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

If you received a defective/damaged item or incorrect item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size (if still available). Please contact customer service FIRST by sending an email to: owner@shoptrendymerch.com — we will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes.
