How fast is your shipping?

Standard Shipping is shipped via USPS and takes between 3-6 business days for US orders depending on your location, excluding weekends and holidays.

We offer Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days) and Priority Shipping (2-3 business days) for an additional charge.

Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska can expect longer shipping times.

What is the return policy?

  • You have 30 days from the date of order.
  • Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have original tags still intact.
  • We offer returns for store credit or exchanges for any U.S. order. We do not offer refunds.
  • For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, hair tools, or anything marked "final sale".

Where is my store credit/gift card?

Hi there! Our store credit and gift cards are delivered digitally to the email address used at checkout. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case.

If you were logged into your account during checkout, you should also see an option to apply your credit directly at checkout.

Do You Have Gift Cards?

Yes! Shop our Trendy Merch Gift cards here. The purchaser will receive an email with the E-Gift card code to forward to the intended recipient.

Trendy Merch E-gift Cards are non-refundable and do not expire. 

 Promotion codes can't be applied toward the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.
